Lake Residence - Eatonton, GA

This total remodel started as a 1960’s house in a secluded cove on Lake Oconee. The transformation of the old garage into a two-story game room and bedroom on top gave character to the front elevation. Inside, the layout was redesigned to accommodate lakeside living at its best, integrating the outside in with a large wrap around porch. The breathtaking views that surround the property played a key role in the overall design.
